i started out with this pile of ingredients right here ... click on the pic to see them that are rice, soy sauce, great northern beans, succotash, french cut green beans, whole corn and barbecued chicken breasts.
the rice nuked right up but i prefer the slow boil type cause there is still some water in the bucket
so i added the chopped up piece of chicken breasts into the bucket
so now i dumped in the can of whole corn into the mix
honked in a can of great northern beans
added a can of succotash
a big squirt of soy sauce cause its a lot of stuff and thats my salt there soy sauce
and last but not least i plopped in a can of french cut green beans
and there it is another low cholesterol masterpiece of culinary engineering created in the kitchen
